Pici with garlic

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of pici
4 large cloves of garlic
4 ripe tomatoes
1 red pepper
Olive oil and salt

Preparation:
Place the pici to cook in boiling water. Mash the garlic cloves and fry them in olive oil over low heat to prevent the garlic burn and spoil the sauce making it bitter. When the garlic has become golden, add red pepper chopped into small pieces. Finally add to the fry the tomatoes cut into cubes, taking care to eliminate the seeds, add salt and cook until the sauce is thick and well seasoned. When pici are cooked drain them, pour in the pan with the garlic sauce and saute lightly…..buon appetito!!!
